Overcome ADD and Achieve a Higher Level of Consciousness with this Amazing Digital Planner
At some point in life, you must have felt wound up, worked up, burnt out, or just tired.
More often than not, we experience outrage fatigue from our daily life events.
Believe it or not, we weren’t born with these kinds of chaos. Our interactions with the outside world have introduced us to the chaotic lifestyles we face today. We are now growing increasingly anxious as a culture.
You see, each of us has a normal state of mind, as well as our own way of reaching a different state of mind. But we can always trace back this ability to reach a normal state of mind to the recorded history of Hindu sages, Christian monks, and Buddhist ascetics. Always referred to as reaching moments of high consciousness through meditation, manifestation or chanting, fasting, or pilgrimages.
Recently, however, the practice of meditation has spread evenly across all cadres of humans, irrespective of one’s religious affiliation.
When in a state of “lower consciousness”, we tend to strike back even when not provoked. We blame others, throw in questions that lack relevance, fail to associate freely with our environment and forget where we are and where we are heading.
However, when we replace the state of “lower consciousness” with the state of “higher consciousness”, the mind begins to move beyond its particular self-interests and cravings. We start to think of other people more imaginatively.
How do we see our fellow humans when we reach a state of higher consciousness?
When we rise from lower to higher consciousness, we begin to see our fellow human beings as normal people with normal behavior rather than as enemies. Rather than criticize and attack their behaviors, we begin to rationalize their behavior as driven by pressures derived from their own more primitive minds, which they are not able to tell or share with us.
The more time we allow the higher consciousness to take control, the more we develop the ability to explain others’ actions by their distress, rather than see their actions’ effect on us. Therefore, we begin to recognize that the appropriate response to humanity is not through fear, cynicism, or aggression but Love.
The desire to reach the higher altitude of consciousness
Each person who has known the value of higher consciousness will tell you that the world can reveal itself as quite a different place that requires more tenderness, longing, beauty, and touching vulnerability. In other words, the world requires more universal sympathy and kindness.
The above statement may come across as more of a new-age phrase than anything because it sounds vague. But it’s important to recognize that the concept of higher consciousness is often interpreted not just across cultural and religious traditions but in scientific research as well. We can draw better knowledge in the realm of imagination, empathy, and impartial judgment and apply it in our day-to-day lives.
It means that we can draw massive benefits from fully understanding states of higher consciousness, and try to make the most out of this state at all levels of our lives. This will relegate the state of lower consciousness, which has the strength of its own, to the bottom of what runs our lives to allow us to thrive better.
But how do you achieve this manifestation without distraction?
Like any aspect of human development or growth, manifestation requires a plan. We tend to see our manifestation journey as one ongoing process-like a river flowing like a perennial river flowing constantly all year round. When you’re swimming in that river, every so often you will need to make a stop to breathe.
But is it easy to take a breather without a plan?
You need a plan to successfully manifest
Yes, you need a plan to achieve higher things in life.
You need a plan to develop positive habits, achieve your goals in health, money, etc.
Now think about this…
Imagine you asked a contractor to build your three-bedroom house and their response is, “We don’t need a plan, we’ll just figure it out as we go forward.” How would you respond?
You wouldn’t tolerate them for a second, would you?
So now why do you want to go through life that same way?
Or rather why do we want to succeed in life without a plan (accidentally)?
